"I was in NJ for 2.5 weeks. Only once was the bus ever on time, and that one time the driver closed the door in my face as I was right at the door and drove off. He still had 2 minutes before he was scheduled to leave anyway. When I used the trip planner on the app, it told me the wrong number of zones necessary for my trip, at least, according to my bus driver. Also, the bus stop I was using only appeared in some parts of the app, so it's overall functionality was limited. Bad app, bad system."
